This is an intermediate to advance thrower practice where we work on technique and developing a meet mindset
Cost is $20 Orientation is $10
New throwers need to arrange an orientation before their first practice. Orientation starts at 1:30 and covers an evaluation, technical explanation of where you are presently and rules for the facility and practice.
